Poor cargo service, irresponsible customer service

Reference AAQT16431. I have done a door to door cargo on 16th july 2020 from dubai to kochi and after 2 months the cargo not yet recieved. ABC cargo is very unprofessional and they are not giving any updates to the customer. Infact they dont have any customer service. No responses to emails or their whatsup numbers. Really not recommended for cargo services. I need an update when I will recieve my cargo please. Please send response to my email [protected]@hotmail.com
