Poor Business Practice

The refusal of Credit First N. A. to participate in a conference call with Online Bill pay of Prosperity Bank of Athens, Texas to determine the recent payment {January 8, 2021} in the amount of $60 dollars. The payment due date was January 8, 2021. The bank processed the payment in advance of the actual due date which is the 10 th of each month. Previously I had discussed with a CSR of Credit First that the payment was being sent in ample time of the due date. However I was being charged a late fee. I decided to make mail the payment 2 days prior to the actual due date. I submitted a inquiry to my online bill pay to reach out to Credit First to see why the payment had not been received. The CSR of Credit First refused to participate in a conference call with Prosperity Online bill pay. This business has very poor banking practices! User's recommendation: Do not use a Firestone Credit Card. It is a headache.
