Poor building

Would never buy a home built by Richmond again. The roof is poorly built and the walls are really thin I can hear my neighbors tv inside my home. Been in our home 5 years and Im ready to move. If you want a good built from my experience with being a homeowner with different builders, DR Horton or Pulte is a much better option. User's recommendation: Look around before buying.
