Poor authorization department
I tried twice within an hour; each time was waiting 15 minutes..and each time disconnected....I paid $75 for a job not fixed properly and I need the money for a new garbage disposal plus labor cost. I called both customer service and authorization department but to no avail. It is obvious that I will not renew my plan unless this issue is fixed...it has already been 1 month. I need someone from this company to send someone over here to look at the dosposal again and unless they can fix it perfectly I want it replaced and done ASAP. I will wait 48 hours for a call back which I left with an authorization agent...if this issue is not fixed I will write a scathing review and report to Better Business Bureau!!!
