Each time I have to “ re order “ which in 4 times a year when I call I have to go thru a verifications process with my insurance I have Kaiser insurance and have for 15 yrs today trying to get an order in I was on phone and transferred 5 times I was told then I would get an email confirmation it never came still waiting
