Poor and unethical service

Bought a whole set of furniture including a premium Rucas brand queen bed. The Sales Manager Eddy highly recommended, says it stacks up against premium brand and even has a 15 year quality warranty. It's been only 1.5 yrs and my automatic leather recliner sofa is rusty and the highly recommended queen mattress is sunken in. Called him to address and he now says I got to pay $250 appreciating value on warranty. He says lucky it happen on the 2nd year if not it will get more expensive as the years pass. I felt that was ridiculous! What's a warranty for if you need pay appreciating amount each year. I asked for document proof of the warranty on the appreciating value but has seen nothing after 2 weeks. He is not responding to my message or calls, sent email to Nova customer service also no reply. Really pissed!
