Poor and slow replacement part

customer service is slow or not available. For 3 weeks I have been promised a compressor replacement for my refrigerator. When I call I am told they did not receive the part yet. I have appliance replacement, my refrigerator is 20 years old, why is it not replaced already? User's recommendation: Forget about replacement coverage.
