Ezbuy and Ezprime services are still acceptable, despite having to receive faulty / incorrect items often. Avoid using their Ezship service at all cost. Two of my bulky furnitures went missing in their warehouse. After weeks for searching, they finally concluded that they lost the parcels and only offered to compensate 1/4 of the price. They used their policy as shield to avoid compensating the full amount. Definitely an irresponsible act. Shown them consignment form and parcel photo to proof that they indeed have collected the parcel yet only willing to compensate a fraction of the amount. Terrible experience. Id have shipped directly using Taobao service instead if I knew Ezbuy is such irresponsible company. User's recommendation: DO USE EZSHIP.
