Poor and inefficient Service

I live in Mulund Mumbai-400080, I own two 1.5T HITACHI window AC's the lates one i bought last year is Quadricool and the AC has been giving problems since installations, Service engineers visit fixed things temporarily and the problem reoccurs. The engineers employed with the service partners are thorough unprofessional and appear to be novice always in terms of trouble shooting and servicing. They only know to clean the AC unit. Last mont I paid @ INR 2500K for fixing the gas leakage, we compalained day before for noise issue to the service centre. Today 3 so caled hitachi engineers came home and opened the AC and were not able to fix it back, they forced it and finally started discussion some issue amongst themselves, upon enquiring they told us that there is oil spill inside the AC and the gas has leaked, have instructed us not to operate the AC today. Service centre personnel first id not accept that there is an issue but after long argument has promised to look into this. We are expecting some response on this tomorrow. This is a BIG SHAME on HITACHI as they are not able to identify good service partner and provide quality service to the customers. We pay premium price buying HITACHI as compared to other brands in the market but its a PITY that we are dis satified with the service. Not sure if this complaint will be forwarded / addressed but no other way to escalate this issue. SHAME ! Abhijit Ovalekar
