Poor aftercare from seller

Re Order # 206-520****-378****. I put this SIM card in a new phone it was not recognised and did not work, I completed a returns form where the reason for return was accepted, The returns label was printed and the item immiediatly returned. Subsequent emails by the seller state they have had it back, and that it does work, that I was informed prior to the return that I had activated it thereby negating a return/refund. I was not informed of any such activation before my last email from them. I was rudely advised I was not getting a refund and to come and collect it. I appreciate the cost of the item was small but I consider there is a principle at stake here and that their manner of trading and aftercare does not reflect Amazons usual superb service. User's recommendation: Be careful buying from this Amazon seller their after sales service is dreadful.
