Ya know, we don't REALLY ask for too much when it comes to delivering a package. But apparently for DHL.......the signature to confirm delivery, AND following the BIG BOLD NOTE instructions on the front AND back of the envelope (do NOT just leave outside....if not home....will pick up at DHL shipment center) was just TOO bloody difficult I guess! I was ASSURED both things would happen, as my documents were too critically important to leave outside! And wouldn't you know it.......BOOM.....stupidity, laziness and just plain old not give a *** took right over! I would say just this delivery guy was the problem here, but ultimately HIS failures are also the failure of a company apparently too big to demand this from him! I entrusted DHL to safely deliver a package of massive importance. Had I not thought to check outside of a door I NEVER use.....who KNOWS what could've happened to it!?! Brutal........absoLUTELY brutal!!!
