I have had to clean my roomba 3 times for running through dog mess and dragging it all over the house. Funny how their home page photos have animals on most of them, claiming to be pet friendly. If they would add a few more sensors and program the roomba to recognize things on the floor and not just push through them. Maybe avoid them a few inches. I know this can be possible as they have cliff detection. Accidents happen. Having to give up my roomba because the dog has an accident and my house looks like a crime scene when I get back home is no good. I am sure trolls will say set it for a time your home so it doesnt happen. Everyone cant be home all the time. We are paying for ease of use and convenience. Shouldn't our product evolve with the complaints. I see these nightmare statements everywhere. I personally would pay more for this kind of avoidance sensing. Roomba customer since 2014. purchased 2 since then.
