filed claim Jan 26, 2017. My refrigerator messed up. Food is freezing. they sent repairman out on Feb 02 who said it could not be fixed and would advise them it needed to be replaced. Heard nothing from Cross Country until I called them on Feb 25th !!! They setup for...
