Pool vacuum

Flash pool vacuum doesn't work, have replaced motor and still doesn't work. Great escape will not stand behind product saying manufacturer must take care of it. Have not gotten any response from manufacturer to correct problem. Great escape very uncooperative. User's recommendation: Don't shop at Great escape they don't stand behind products they sell.
