Had one installed 9/2018 and used it 5 times. The system was completely shut off from October 2019 until March 2020. When we tried to heat the spa in March we received an error message that the water was low - but it wasn't. Had a repair person come out and said it wasn't worth repairing. Called Hayward and was assured it was under warranty. Waited 2 more weeks for the 2nd repair person to come out. He said it was a bad board but after changing it couldn't get it working. He then consulted with a Hayward manager and we were told it was chemical damage that isn't covered. Will never purchase another Hayward product again. Check out the reviews online - everyone is told the same thing. Own it, Hayward - your product stinks! User's recommendation: Save yourself time, $ and aggravation - do not purchase.
