First off it was hard to get them in the phone. Second they don't respond to inquiries from their landing page. Don't have their product break down because their closing rate is poor. I'm going on week three for my claim. They don't keep products in stock to remedy malfunctions. I'm said that competition is not bigger for them in this market. You have to buy two of what you buy from them to avoid frustration with their process. User's recommendation: From this experience. No!
