I called to see the status of the pool. I also asked about the high roller street next to hotel. I wanted to know what would be open. The customer service person could not answer that question. We decided to cancel our reservation because we had no idea what was available to do. User's recommendation: I think whom ever answers the phone should be well aware of what’s available to do, especially right next to the hotel.
