Policy was cancelled and we did not cancel someone from the company had to cancel it.

We were ripped off by this company for $598.22 and never used it. We've contacted the department of insurance in Ohio to formally place a complaint, also contacted our bank and have disputed the transaction. User's recommendation: do not use this company.
