Points taken away. Wht

On 5/22 i had a total of 80 some points. When I signed in today it flashed the 80 some and went back to 52. Under surveys I had 6 surveys that declined. On the 17th i had 17 surveys that declined but I qualified and got 30 points plus the 2 that paid me $4.00 each. Please help
