sent out two delivery on the same day and indicated sender's name to ensure the right address BUT the address sent is still wrong. Called in to get some kind of refund or redelivery, TO NO AVAIL. What? Is it my fault that you did not indicate to print a label and / indicate cart number? I actually placed Sender's name already so why can't they have traced it.
