it was very terrible experience to buy ticket from this agency, they send me overall copy did not mentioned proper date to pick fight at midnight ,I looked date on front page even when I reached to airport they also told its confused way to written on paper . MY mistake I just look that paper like Eticket so I missed flight , all night spend at airport with family to figure out ,no help this agency at all , did not help me to find another flight , I have to buy new tickets air port right way. its not only that ,the refund i get the agent told me i have to spend 600 dollars to alanita travel in order to get my half ticket price and it will return back to me , when i asked send me email then agent told me I have to spend 225 dollars to alanita tarvel in order to get half ticket return money, its about originally I spend around 24000 with 225 =2600 dollars and I get approx. 1000 dollars as a return , even I had bought insurance because agent insist but not help me get money back.so please think about , I never forget this bad experience in my life.
