I ordered a box anchor from them and waited for 2 weeks before it arrived. It was missing hardware and instructions. The package was destroyed. My first call was met with answering machine. When I finally got a hold of a live person, they blamed me, then the shipping company. I asked to return it, I was told I had pay for shipping. I asked for instructions to make sure I had everything and they said they would get back to me...that was six months ago! If I had held my breath waiting on them, I would have expired. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT EVER!!!!!
