Update by user Jan 06, 2020 Yes also the person that they sent out was very condescending and rude also. Stayed all of 4 minutes. Never sat on the sofa. Just looked at it. Original review posted by user Jan 06, 2020 I bought a leather sofa from Haynes in Virginia Beach. I haven't had the sofa for 8 months the cushions are going flat the USB ports are not working and your store has taken almost two months to order a part that should have been ordered over two months ago. Your customer service and service people are rude and not helpful. I feel discriminated against because evidently their couches have a specific weight limit. My grandchildren set primarily on the couch but the gentleman came looked at me and said that it was normal wear and tear. I am not 250 lb or 300 or 400 lb and if their Fruniture has a weight limit it should be listed on the merchandise before you buy it. No one has been helpful they have been rude and unhelpful.
