I order a coat online for my birthday not only did I received wrong size and order what kind of people you have working someone can't read English I order a 1x receive a small coat also it wasn't the color I order I call customer services to ask what happen since I want to wear it for my bday all they could say is people in our warehouse the CEO needs to make sure when u received money on visa card from customer that order need to be correct no apologies or anything I will never order ever again. Very disappointed
