I lost my credit card in called in to report it and order a new one but when the customer service agent was asking me my security questions I could not understand her because she was from India I asked for another agent and she refused get me 1 needless to say I failed the security questions because I could not understand her so she put her supervisor on the phone who spoke perfect English and he refused to repeat the security questions and said I would have to fill out paperwork and send it back to get my credit card I told him to k*** m* *** be cancel my account
