Update by user Apr 03, 2019 They are stuck on what the website says..which is that I signed up according to them for a monthly charge but I clearly paid $67.29 online for a year. They were ugly to me by email when they finally replied to me. They also had me as account on hold when I pointed that out they expired my account which makes it useless if I needed it. I should have been paid through July of this year. They are never available by phone and they almost never reply to emails. Don't bother using this company, please look somewhere else.
