Gehan home is my first ever house I bought , as a new buyer Gehan home has taken all the advantage they can. I will suggest all over United states DO NOT BUY "GEHAN HOME" at all.They are fake people.They give fake information in order to sell of their house. They are not at all supportive once they hand over the house.Since we have moved in , from initial days itself we have faced lot of construction and the apliances issueas well. so overall i will say worst quality of building and appliances they give. They have not gave us enough information to register for the Appliances within 6 months of buying the house. Also by default eveyone gets 2 years of warranty, we they gave us just 1 year warranty.Not to mention while selling the house they said they are gonna give 2 years and later then denied. Please guys save the money and go for any other builder but not GEHAN.
