Please check my parcel that has been stuck almost a month

My parcel [protected]) has been stuck since the 10th August 2021. I'm not sure where the parcel stuck as the seller said that my parcel was stuck at J&T putrajaya while tracking apps showed that my parcel stuck at J&T pendang, kedah. Please.. I need the parcel because it is a gift for my friend. Im hoping for a positive reply from your side. Thank you.
