I don't know how to explain how upsetting my experience with this company has been. I mailed a payment last month in plenty of time to be posted by the due date. When it didn't process through my bank by the due date I contacted the company. Three times they told me they had not received the payment. I am trying to rebuild my credit so I made a phone payment to avoid a late fee. The very same day my check came out of my account. I have asked for a statement three times and have yet to receive any report of my transactions. Brittany Black is who I have contacted and she continues to ignore my requests to have all transactions in writing. I do not trust these people with m money, credit or account. If I could get away from these people I would.
