Your ads are intentionally designed to be annoying. You are spamming my music service with horrible singing which disrupts my listening experience and destroys the atmosphere intended by listening to quality music. The ad literally says “we know you hate this ad”, and “while we assault your ears”...does this seem like a good marketing strategy when your ads are the equivalent of nails on chalkboard? Please stop running these malicious ads that are driving customers away instead of bringing them in. I will never use your product as a result of this advertising strategy.
