Benn customer for years and have a service contract. came home on August 1 after vacation to a 300. dollar oil bill in mail box. Oil at 3.29 a gal. I called them and ask why they were delivering oil in August and why the price was so high. 1st of all I needed no oil I had 3/4 of a tank. Told me it was a auto deliver and if I wanted lower price I had to lock in for a YEAR! Since when do I have to lock in for a year? Not good business practices. I cancelled the contract immediately its not the 1st time I have had issues with them. I have a contract I should get lowest rate. Why do I have to agree to another contractual agreement?!!!!
