I placed an online order for over $100 May 7, 2020. Two weeks goes by after placing my order, taking my CC payment and I contact them, they issue me a tracking number and told me it takes a few days. The tracking number states the label was made but package never shipped out Today makes the 32 day since I paid for and placed my order. They have NOT communicated with me, the only reply you get is to tell you to stop emailing, when telephoning they are not taking calls you can only leave a message no live person. Finally They replied telling me I need to do a song and dance to get refunded. I need to request and then fill out a form. LOL NOT. THEY LIED, THEY ONLY TOOK MY MONEY AND ISSUED A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER TO SHUT ME UP
