I placed an order and entered my email address as well as my credit card data but did not receive a confirmation email. I checked their tracing page to find out my order number but it said there was no order under this email address. I completed the contact form to send an email and received an automated reply with my case number but no reply as such. I then found their phone numbers here but the first only directs to the contact form, then hangs up, the others say the office is closed. Not really what I call customer service.
