I love this place. The kickboxing family is very welcoming. the instructors are AMAZING!!!. I walked in there all nervous, not knowing what I was doing. My first day there was kind of scary. The instructors stood next me and showed me how to do the workouts. If you are hurt or injured, they will modify the workouts for you. NO ONE judges you, no matter your gender, age or weight. everyone always has encouraging words and helps you through the class when it gets tough. Since joining the ILKB Fam, I have lost 25lbs, I feel GREAT!!! I love this place, it's my 2nd home, it's my addiction, my "Me Time"
