I have been using Amazon for quite a while and never had any big problems, but since the amazon US began to use Pitney bowes for shipping the problems started right away : Order# [protected] undeliverable Order# [protected] Held for pick up 100km away each time I see shipped by Pitney Bowes it is a gamble to see if I will receive it without problems
