Original review updated by user Dec 30, 2020 I was near the Fatz in Kingsport Tennessee, and decided to call in an order to take to my mothers. After five attempts to call the restaurant, I decided to stop and order. I went in there was no one at the desk to help me. I stepped in and looked around and it was like a ghost town. Very few customers in the restaurant! I went back out to my car, and a young man happen to come out to give someone some food in a vehicle near me. I waved him over and asked him what was going on why were they not answering their phone. He said that they had to let people go home because they showed up late and there was only three of them in the restaurant taking care of everything! Wow, thats a serious red flag! No way three people could accommodate the whole restaurant much less the food being quality. This was the day after Christmas, but I think they cut their nose off to spite their face! I have ordered from this restaurant before, and some of the food was missing and or the things werent put in the bag that shouldve been. I did not order anything, as I was afraid the the quality. They have severe management problems. Looking for them to close down soon. Hear they are all closing! User's recommendation: Don’t go!
