Pitiful Customer Service

On July 15, 2019, I tried logging into my Saint Leo account to retrive my transcripts to send to another institution for graduate school. Of course, I had to call the service or helpless desk. The rude kid answered the phone stroked a few keys, said he could not help and transferred me to the registrar's office., which of course no one would answer the phone. I completed two undergrad degrees and my MBA there. Their attitudes and lack of professionalism is pathetic. I would never recommendSaint Leo to anyone.
