Pissed off customer.

I purchased 3 pair of shoes on Jan 2, 2018 at the Enterprise Alabama store and paid 103.52 and to some people that may not be alot but it is to me. Unfortunatly I had to return 2 out of the 3 shoes because I wore one pair out of the store and that pair just so happened to be the ones I paid half off for so when I took the other shoes back I was told that Since I did not bring all 3 pair back that I would lose half off of one of the pair I was bringing back so now I lose 10 dollars off shoes that I paid full price for and the manager Natisha was very condasending and being very snide and talking to me like I was stupid and I was bothering her since she had to move from where she was just leaning against the counter behind the register when I walked in. Natisha did not want to deal with me so she gave me the card for customer service and I called them and the lady gave her name but due to all the other unnessicary babble It slipped my memory and she tried to assist with the little bit of knowledge she had and she kept having to go to her supervisor and still after all this aggrevation customer service state I have to go back to the store so not only did RackRoom Shoes screwed me out of my money they gave me the run around. I am one pissed off customer and IDO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUISINES with this company when there are so many other places that will treat you like a valued customer. Shame shame Rack Room Shoes
