My products were to be delivered two weeks ago. I have called their customer service team 5 times so far - 3 times consecutively in the past 3 days and their response each time is: "it will be delivered today or tomorrow". Really? This is an international shipping company that keeps failing to make shipments? Very disappointed. User's recommendation: Use UPS, DHL.
