Pissed off and very disapointed

October 2017 I got in a terrible auto accident I was told National seating and Mobility would be Furnishing me a wheelchair I did everything that was asked of me a face-to-face with my doctor a face-to-face with the wheelchair company at my physical therapy place I kept getting pushed from a service rep to another service rep to another service rep I have called time and time again and I was told somebody would call me back I did this approximately 8 times nobody had called me back and when I finally threw a fit the last time I called and said I demand somebody to call me I was told they would call me within 24 hours no phone call approximately 4 days later I received a letter in the mail saying I wasn't qualified that's kind of strange because my MD said there was no reason why I should have been not qualified if you can't walk or use a walker or use a cane why in the world if both of your limbs are not right are you not qualified and yes I have called to find out why and still no phone call back I am pissed
