Pissed, no tickets.

Yes Im pissed. We bought tickets within an hour of going on sale and was told they would be released to us on the 5th, and we sent over a dozen emails and called a dozen times and low and behold on the day of the concert NO TICKETS. We never could get a hold of anyone to talk to, and this was SO FRUSTRATING. I am making a dispute with my bank and expect a full refund. Thanks for making it impossible to go to this concert. User's recommendation: Do not use vivid seats.
