Your customer service is not user friendly Original review posted by user Nov 29, 2020 Where are the articles about real life. You magazine is bought by many, lower/ middle class. You could help by not sugar coating everything, but find intelligent, educated people that know of what they speak, how to help hungry families, families losing their businesses, families standing in food lines for the first time. All these things are unbearable, hard to accept but must be done. We dont need fluff pieces. We need truth and suggests. I know this isnt typical of your magazine but sometimes a little flexibility is good.
