Pissed – Buyers Beware of Double Billing for Membership.

Doubled billed for my membership month of December. Only way to contact is through email. Can't call and deal with it. I sent a direct message through Twitter, Facebook and email as well no response. Also, the local franchise will NOT help. They only get a half of the money, they won't help which is sad! We have come to know them, and I thought they would help! I thought wrong.Buyer BEWARE! If you don't make any changes all is good. User's recommendation: Beware!
