I would first like to say that I would NEVER buy anything else from this company. I went into Bel Furniture and purchase a 6pc Queen size mattress. I was informed everything would take no longer than a week. I called to check status on the day they informed me any nothing was ready. I thought to myself okay let me give them a little bit more time to get themselves together. I called back three days later and they NOW have all my stuff and two different location not one time did any of the reps inform me I would have to go to different locations. I put that under and was like whatever as I go to the first warehouse and pick up my belongings they inform me none of my belongings are ready at this point I am pissed off. I have arrange my entire day around these inconsiderate people and what do they do slap me in my face. I had to literally scream to get what I need these people don't care. All they offered me was free delivery. I need my stuff not free delivery. I should have known not to buy anything from the moment the rep body language was when I walked into the store. PLEASE save yourself the grief and stay far away from this DUMP!!!
