ordered NEW Hero Black 9. was supposed to come with a 32 GB micro sdhc card. card was missing. tried to talk with customer support and could not understand them; HEAVY accents. couldn't get to US customer service. GOPRO, provide English speaking, no accents!!! User's recommendation: BEWARE! Too many companies want your money and could not give a damn about you after they have your money!
