I contacted Chico's about a top that developed a pretty good sized hole after a first washing. First they accused me of making the hole & wouldn't do a thing because it was over 60 days from when I had purchased the top. Well I had bought it at the end of the season & wore it when that season begun again . I made a purchase last year & wore a top today & low & behold a tiny hole in the arm! Now I am again out of luck! Buyer beware! When you purchase anything from Chico's go over it with a fine toothed comb! They are outrageously priced but at least before were good quality items - NOT ANYMORE! And their return policy for a defective article of clothing is nothing. You're stuck with the thing!
