We placed PO to this company and paid 50% of total amount as Advance payment....... past due, keep make up story to lie, they didn't own any manufacturing facilities they are a broker they subcontracted my order to another broker, terrible and poor production management, miscommunication with their subcontractors, they told us there was a delay in last minute, they put 200 days as the manufacturer lead time on Sales Order Acknowledgement at beginning, but now is already 260 past, we did extended the due date, unfortunately they failure to delivery my order. They breached the contract, refused refund my money back. The end user has terminate contract with us, our security deposit was gone, this transaction was totally fraud. Legal Action will applied later.
