Piece of something inside the dip

As I was eating the Avocado Salsa dip I noticed there was something blue sticking out of the dip. When I pulled it out it appeared to be rubber. Maybe, a piece of someone's gloves fell in? I was super grossed out! User's recommendation: Examine the dip.
