I ordered a burger meal from the del city location on 44th and sunnylane. When I got home, I went to spread the pickles around and found a piece of paper (like the ones you put between the patties) on my burger. I still have it and the bun it was on in the wrapper. No, I haven't heard from anyone with braums. I'm beginning to think, nobody really cares. Makes me sad for braums as a former employee. User's recommendation: Find a different place to do business, if their customer service department can't return a call or complaint.
