A new Magicjack that only works intermittently. Have to reset it every one to three days! Calls go directly to voice mail and are told that the voice mailbox is full! When trying to make a call, I am told "the call can be completed as dialed"! After 4 tech support calls (INDIA), including internet speed test, ping time and calling my ISP to check that UDP ports 5060 and 5070 are open, with no resolution, received a STUPID email stating TO CHECK THE INTERNET CONNECTION! I had asked for a replacement and what I received was that dumb email. BTW, that email was a "no reply" email that said if I still have a problem, to "reply to this email"!!! User's recommendation: Buy an OOMA instead!
